These Pardini Frying Pans are manufactured using superior aluminium which is 99% pure and therefore offers superior quality in foodservice. Offers perfect heat conductivity and is energy saving. With a thickness of between 6-8mm its designed for extensive and heavy use. Has an 18/10 stainless steel handle. Very easy to clean which make it an ideal choice for busy restaurants. Suitable for gas, ceramic and electric hobs, but not suitable for induction. Sold singly.
